Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the SendPulse × LinkedIn by Snovio integration ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you install and use the App through the SendPulse Marketplace.

2. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we collect and store the following data:

SendPulse account identifier — your SendPulse user ID, used to associate your configuration with your account.
SendPulse API credentials — client ID and client secret issued by SendPulse during the installation flow, used to act on your behalf within SendPulse.
Snovio API credentials — the Client ID and Client Secret you provide from your Snovio account (app.snov.io/account/api). These are used exclusively to access your LinkedIn account data via the Snovio API.
Snovio access tokens — short-lived OAuth tokens obtained from Snovio using your credentials, used to make API calls on your behalf.
LinkedIn account identifier — the ID and name of the LinkedIn account you choose to connect.
Message metadata — delivery status and timestamps for messages routed through the integration. We do not store the content of LinkedIn messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used solely to operate the integration:

To authenticate with Snovio and SendPulse APIs on your behalf
To route messages between your LinkedIn account and your SendPulse chatbot
To display connection status within the App interface

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party other than Snovio and SendPulse, which are required for the App to function.

4. Data Isolation

Each user's credentials and connection data are stored in separate database records associated exclusively with their SendPulse user ID. No user can access, view, or affect another user's data. API credentials are never exposed in the App interface after entry.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the App is installed on your SendPulse account. When you uninstall the App, all associated data — including your Snovio credentials, LinkedIn account link, and message logs — is permanently deleted from our database within seconds of receiving the uninstall signal from SendPulse.

6. Data Security

We store your data on a secured server with access restricted to the App process. Snovio credentials are stored in a server-side SQLite database that is not publicly accessible. All communication between the App, Snovio, and SendPulse uses HTTPS.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on:

Snovio — for LinkedIn account access and messaging. See Snovio's Privacy Policy.
SendPulse — as the host platform. See SendPulse's Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights

You may request deletion of all your data at any time by uninstalling the App from your SendPulse account or by contacting us at sklaus650@gmail.com. Data deletion is immediate upon uninstall.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
