Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the SendPulse × LinkedIn by Snovio integration ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App connects your LinkedIn account (via the Snovio API) to your SendPulse chatbot platform, allowing you to sync contacts and exchange messages between LinkedIn and SendPulse. The App acts as a relay and does not independently initiate communications.

3. Eligibility and Prerequisites

To use the App you must:

Have a valid, active SendPulse account
Have a valid, active Snovio account with a LinkedIn account connected at app.snov.io
Comply with SendPulse's Terms of Service and Snovio's Terms of Service
Comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and applicable messaging policies

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam via LinkedIn
Violate LinkedIn's, Snovio's, or SendPulse's terms, policies, or guidelines
Harvest or scrape personal data beyond what is necessary to operate your chatbot
Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with the App's operation

5. Your Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of the Snovio API credentials you provide to the App. Do not share your credentials with anyone. We store them server-side and never expose them in the UI, but you should rotate your Snovio Client Secret immediately if you suspect compromise.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with future versions of Snovio's or SendPulse's APIs. LinkedIn message delivery depends on Snovio's infrastructure and LinkedIn's platform — we make no guarantees about delivery rates or timing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost messages, account suspension by LinkedIn or Snovio, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for a free integration).

8. Third-Party Services

The App depends on Snovio and SendPulse APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or policy updates by those third parties that affect the App's functionality. If Snovio or SendPulse changes their API in a breaking way, we will attempt to update the App but cannot guarantee a specific timeline.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from SendPulse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
